Through the plan, the celebration of a well-lived life, commemoration of one passing away becomes even more meaningful and peace-of-mind is provided to the planholders. With years of expert care and assistance in the administration of memorial services, the ULTIMA provides living expenses, protects the family’s estate and gives an inheritance to the bereaved family.

PRODUCT FEATURES

  • Memorial Service Benefit (MSB) This serves as the FUND which will be administered/used for the mortuary services of the planholder.
  • Return of Payment (Living Benefit) If the Planholder is alive on the 15th Plan Anniversary, he is entitled to an amount equal to the Pre-Need Price, making the plan COST FREE! He can also enroll it through the Benefit Management Services and watch it grow to a bigger amount that may serve other purposes for his family long after he has gone.
  • Paying Period Refers to the number of years one has to pay for the chosen program.
  • Professional Administration of Memorial Services (PAMS) Philam Plans will act as the administrator of the planholder’s memorial services through its Family Assistance Officers (FAOs) will arrange and pay for services acquired from an accredited servicing mortuary, using the planholder’s Memorial Service Benefit.
  • Family Assistance Fund Upon the planholder’s death on or after his 75th Birthday, the beneficiary will receive an additional amount equal to the IMSB.
  • Assignability If the plan is already fully paid, the plan can be assigned to persons other than the planholder.

PHILAM PLANS LUMINA LIFE PLAN is the commemoration plan that provides your client the necessary funds for a deserving tribute when he/she passes away.

More than the financial aspect, we have service officers at the family’s side to serve as advisers to take care of all the preparations, freeing your client’s loved ones from unnecessary worries.

With the LUMINA, your client can finally say, “Now, I can leave this life behind without any worries, knowing that I will be appropriately remembered and celebrated.”

PRODUCT FEATURES

  • Memorial Service Benefit (MSB) This serves as the FUND which PPI will administer/use for the mortuary services of the planholder. At the time of purchase, the planholder specifies the INITIAL Memorial.


Service Benefit (IMSB), which increases by 10% of the IMSB annually, starting on the 1st plan anniversary. This GUARANTEED fund and its 10% Lifetime Yearly Increment will safeguard the family against inflated prices of funeral services.

  • Pre-Need Price (PNP) The plan price or total cost of the plan. Please refer to Regular price schedules for actual price computations.
  • Return of Payment (Living Benefit) If the Planholder is alive on the 15th Plan Anniversary, he is entitled to an amount equal to the Pre-Need Price, making the plan COST FREE! He can also enroll it through the Benefit Management Services and watch it grow to a bigger amount that may serve other purposes for his family long after he has gone.
  • Paying Period Refers to the number of years one has to pay for the chosen program. The plan’s paying period is 5 years. Payments can be made on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis. The planholder can also pay in Spotcash (with 15% Discount).
  • Professional Administration of Memorial Services (PAMS) PPI will act as the administrator of the planholder’s memorial services. PPI, through its Family Assistance Officers (FAOs) will arrange and pay for services acquired from an accredited servicing mortuary, using the planholder’s Memorial Service Benefit.
  • Assignability If the plan is already fully paid, the plan can be assigned to persons other than the planholder. PlanhoIder’s spouse or children - allowable MSB is equal to 100% of the original IMSB plus the 10% Increment starting on the 5th Year. If the benefits are to be assigned to persons other than those mentioned, the allowable MSB is equal to the Plan Termination Values.
  • Insurance Benefits Refers to insurance coverage that the Planholder may avail in occurrence of accident, disability or death.
