iPLAN for my aging parents

1. Save up for their Future Needs.

When we are old, we become vulnerable to body pains and other body illness. Make sure you have something to cover up for your parents' emergency needs. iPLAN is the first FORFEIT-FREE plan. It is a savings program that protects you and your family with accident and term insurance riders.

2. Live with them or let them live with you.

Now that your parents are aging, spend time with them as much as you can.  If the situation will permit, live with them or better yet, ask them to live with you.

3. Serve them.

Take this time to make them feel special.  Perhaps when you were younger, serving them was something that you took forgranted.  Now that they’re getting much older, serve your parents as often as you can.

4. Organize a weekly Sunday lunch reunion.

Keep the whole clan together as often as possible.  You will never have an idea how much this means to them. Invite the children, the in-laws and most especially the grandchildren.

5.  Tell them how much they mean to you as often as possible.

Time runs fast, so make sure you tell them how much they mean to you as often as possible.
