iPLAN to Get Married
1. Plan early.
Wedding venues and wedding coordinators are booked earlier and earlier each year. To be sure that you get what you really want, start planning as early as possible.
2. Know your wedding coordinator.
Before finally settling with a wedding coordinator, make sure you ask around for feedback. Ask newlyweds. Buy wedding magazines. Go to wedding websites. Watch wedding shows. Observe and evaluate your choices very carefully before finally settling with one.
3. Make notes.
Have a Wedding Journal. It keeps you organized and at the same time gives you a written memory about the tiring and exciting moments of planning your wedding. After the wedding, you can even have your Wedding Journal transformed into a mini wedding scrap book.
4. Make timelines.
Make a timeline every week and make sure that you achieve all your weekly goals.
5. As much as possible, invite only special people.
While some would want a grand wedding with thousands of visitors, the best weddings are those celebrated with a few people. Keep it intimate. |
